Arrhythmia means irregular heart beats or heart rhythm where muscles of heart contract in a coordinated fashion to insure that blood is been efficiently pumped into the arteries and the extra heart beat are due to premature atrial contraction and premature ventricular contraction. Cardiology division and cardiologylabs continues to improve patient health through various scientific innovation. It includes various subtopics such as premature atrial contractions, premature ventricular contractions, atrial fibrillation, multifocal atrial tachycardia, Non-reentrant arrhythmia, reentrant arrhythmia, brady arrhythmia, and wolff-parkinson-white syndrome. Out of this Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome (WPW) is one of the disorder of electrical system of the heart which are commonly referred to as pre-excitation syndromes which is caused by the presence of an abnormal accessory electrical conduction pathways between the atria and ventricles.

Cardiac surgery is the field of medicine involved in surgical treatment of diseases affecting organs inside the thorax generally treatment of conditions of the heart and lungs. Coronary Bypass Surgery (CABG) is done to restore normal blood flow to heart muscle. Cardiac cognitive impairment, Cardiac valve disease, Atrial sepal defect repair, Ventricular sepal defect repair are done for cardiac surgery.

Paediatric Cardiac Diseases are arrhythmia i.e. an irregular heartbeat, which is either too fast as Bradycardia like or too slow as Tachycardia. If blood flow is not proper to the heart muscle then it is call Angina. Hypoplastic left heart syndrome is a complex and rare heart defect present at birth (congenital).

Congenital Heart Diseases are the defects in heart structure that are present from birth. This is common in paediatrics and adults. But it is seen that out of 1000 babies 8 are suffering from congenital heart disease and about half of them require surgery for the treatment of disease. And in adults 8000000 adults in US suffering from Congenital Heart Disease and which is been increased by 20000 each year and a big problem. So it has to be relief worldwide. Some of the subtopics related to this track are premature atrial contractions, adult congenital heart diseases, paediatric transnational heart disease and valvular heart diseases arrhythmia in cardiomyopathies.

Atrial contraction is the premature heartbeat originating in the atria, whereas ventricular contractions are extra abnormal heartbeats that begins in one of heart to low pumping chambers. Generally premature beats are unknown but still patients having PAC which have no heart diseases (cardiac health). Various types of treatments are done for PAC and PVC. Treatment for PAC are such as beta blockers or calcium blockers that are been used. Most important treatment, after ruling out that severe underlying heart condition, is patient reassurance and teaching of various mechanisms. And treatment for PVC are doing medications, lifestyle changes and radio catheter ablation. The subtopics that deals with the topics are clinical importance of premature contractions, causes of PACs & PVCs, verdict and treatment for pre mature atrial contractions, verdict and for treatment of the pre-mature ventricular contractions, atrial and ventricular fibrillation, clinical trials of atrial and ventricular.

Various devices that are used in arrhythmia for diagnosis and treatment for heart diseases problems such as pacemaker is been used to control the abnormal heart rhythms. Catheter ablation is a device used for destruction of area that causes heart rhythm problem. Some other tools that are been used for arrhythmia are electrical cardioversion where an electric current is been used to reset heart's rhythm back to its regular pattern (normal sinus rhythm), whereas implantable cardioverter-defibrillator or an automated implantable cardioverter defibrillator (AICD) is the device that is implantabled inside the body, and able to perform cardioversion, defibrillation and pacing of the heart, this device is capable of correcting most life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias.

Doctor diagnosis heart disease based on the medical and family histories, the risk factors, the results from various test and procedures and a physical exam. No single test can diagnose problem. Besides blood test, cardiac sonography some other test includes echocardiogram, electropsychoics testing and software interpretation are used for the cardiac devices and techniques from which the doctor can know about the heart disease.

The identification for the genetic substrate underlying the inherited arrhythmia syndromes which has provided remarkable insight the molecular basis of the cardiac electrophysiology, including the role of the various ion channels and mechanisms of arrhythmias. The availability of genetic diagnostic test has added an important diagnostic tool, providing new opportunities for patient responsibility such as early (presymptomatic) identification and treatment of individuals at risk of developing fatal arrhythmias. Brugada syndrome is the genetic disease that is characterized by an abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) findings and an increased risk of sudden cardiac deaths where long QT syndrome (LQTS) is a disorder of the heart's electrical activity. It cause sudden, uncontrollable, dangerous arrhythmia in response to exercise or stress and short QT syndrome is the condition that can cause disruption of the heart's normal rhythm (arrhythmia).

Arrhythmia management depends on whether the affected person is stable or unstable. Treatments may includes physical maneuvers, medications, electrical conversion, electro-or cryo-cautery. In the United States, people admitted to the hospital for cardiac arrhythmia and conduction disorder with and without complications were admitted to the intensive care unit was more than half the time in 2011. Arrhythmia can be managed from various way such as SCA risk assessments, non-invasive techniques, clinical electrophysiology are some clinical techniques and epidemiology of cardiac arrhythmia.

In some people, arrhythmias are associated with heart diseases. In a very small number of people with serious symptoms, arrhythmia them-self is dangerous. These arrhythmias require medical treatment to keep the heartbeat regular. For example, few people have very slow heartbeat (bradycardia), causing them to feel lightheaded or faint. If left untreated, the heart can stop beating and these people could die and prognosis of Arrhythmia may includes duration of Arrhythmia, chances of complication of Arrhythmia, probable outcomes, prospects for recovery, recovery period for arrhythmia, survival rate, death rate, and other outcome possibilities in the overall prognosis of arrhythmia. Naturally, forecast issues are by their nature unpredictable. And various subtopics for clinical prognosis such as regenerative medicine prognosis in arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation and stem cell therapies. Stem-cell therapy is the therapy that uses stem cell for the treatment or prevention of disease or condition. Some come from bone marrow transplant which is most widely used.

Entrepreneurship is the process for starting the business, typically a start up company offering an innovative product, process or service. In 2010, it is estimated that around 2.2 million of patients used remote monitoring in the U.S. alone. This number is expected to reach 6 millions in 2016 (Markets and Markets, 2014). These figure clearly show the market opportunity for the cutting-edge monitoring technologies developed by CardioDiagnostics.
